  • Shipping Coverage: We offer shipping services both Nationwide (India) and Internationally.

  • Shipping Charges:

    • Domestic (India): Orders with a total value above ₹10,000 qualify for Free Shipping.

    • International: Orders with a total value above $250 qualify for Free Shipping.

    • For orders below these thresholds, shipping fees will be calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

  • No Return Policy: We maintain a Strict No-Return Policy. Once a product is sold, we do not offer refunds or take the product back.

  • Replacement Only: We only offer replacements in the event that the product received is damaged, defective, or the incorrect item was sent. To be eligible for a replacement, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos/videos of the defect.

  • Processing & Delivery: Standard orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Domestic delivery typically takes 5–7 business days, while international delivery timelines vary by country.
