By purchasing from Dangisa, you agree to the following terms:

• Final Sale: All purchases are considered final. For reasons of hygiene and the artisanal nature of our products, we do not accept returns.
• Replacement Eligibility: Replacements are subject to a quality check by our team. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags intact.
• Product Variations: Due to the handcrafted nature of our accessories—including hand-dyed fabrics and embroidery—slight variations in color and pattern are expected and are a mark of authenticity.
• Custom Orders: Any customized or bespoke items (such as custom-sized Mojaris or specific dyed-to-match Safas) are ineligible for both return and replacement unless there is a structural manufacturing defect.
• International Customs: For international orders, any customs duties, taxes, or import fees levied by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the customer.
